"One of the good things that has come out of the lockdown is that I've had the opportunity to explore activities that I doubt I would have had otherwise. The Gentle Yoga part is the right level for me as I get back into being more physically active, and I've thought about getting into yoga for a while now. The sound healing is helpful now with all of the stress and anxiety that comes with the pandemic. I look forward to participating in many more classes with Sarah." - G.F.G. (yoga + sound class student)
