About Tibetan/Himalayan Singing Bowls
Tibetan/Himalayan singing bowls are powerful sound healing modalities. The singing bowls’ impact on our brainwaves (theta waves) have been found to be similar to that of deep meditation and are considered gateways to relaxation, clarity, intuition, and memory.
The singing bowls Sarah uses are handcrafted by Himalayan artisans using ancient traditions. Artisans hand-pound these bowls with seven special metals until they produce specific tones, while chanting mantras, infusing the bowls with healing intentions and positive vibrations. In additional to Tibetan singing bowls, Sarah's sound baths and sound healing offerings often incorporate other sacred sound instruments, such as gongs, alchemy crystal bowls, chimes, tingsha, drums, indigenous rattles, chakapa, and more sacred sound instruments. Each session is unique. Come experience for yourself! |

"This was my first sound healing session ever and I didn’t quite know what to expect, especially with connecting virtually. The experience really blew my mind. Sarah was kind and open in our beginning conversation which made me feel really comfortable to let go into the experience of sound. The way that Sarah led me in and out of the session made me feel taken care of and well supported to integrate the experience. I can’t wait for our next session." - Rowe (individual sound healing session client)
