One of the good things that has come out of the lockdown is that I've had the opportunity to explore activities that I doubt I would have had otherwise. The gentle yoga part is the right level for me as I get back into being more physically active, and I've thought about getting into yoga for a while now. The sound healing is helpful now with all of the stress and anxiety that comes with the pandemic. I look forward to participating in many more classes with Sarah.

I had a virtual sound bowl therapy session with Sarah today. I wasn't sure what to expect, as this was my first virtual sound therapy session (even though I have had in-person sessions with Sarah before and enjoyed them). I am about to make a major life transition. I came into this with an open mind and just wanted to clear old energy and focus on a new chapter in my life. I felt I was able to release some negative energy that I've been holding on to and I felt more peaceful after my session. It was nice to take some time out and have a sound healing + meditation session to clear my mind. It is something that I would recommend and I would definitely try another session.

Sarah held the most beautiful space for our Sound Baths and Sound Healing Workshop. She is such a "clear" teacher and in this case, that meant creating a framework for us to understand what we were being invited to do and then allowing our own experiences to unfold. There was not an unclear moment in the hour and half session. I had a deeply meaningful experience within the soundscape that I will remember as being a key moment on my journey towards expansiveness and generosity in all things. I highly encourage you to experience one of Sarah's sessions.

I felt more open and relaxed, and learned some new gentle poses and stretches I can do myself. With the sound bath, I felt transported on a journey. It was a state in between awake and sleep, but deep. I was tired before class and felt reenergized, recharged and calm at the same time after class. It felt like I got a great massage in a way.
